Administrative Assistant/Customer Service
Every office needs that person who holds everything together and can be relied upon to help get things done. How we’ve survived this long without someone helping us is a mystery, although each of knows we have to jump in to do what needs to be done. We now know we need someone dedicated to helping us in this role. This role includes being the face, and voice, for us at the front desk. We do more business on the phone, so we’ll need you to handle our customer calls and put the callers in touch with the right people at Conexus. Filing, copying, arranging travel or lunches, preparing our project closeout documents…these are all the tasks that are necessary to keep our company delivering excellent customer service. Technician/Service Technician-Philadelphia Market
Conexus is growing and we need a technician based in the metropolitan Philadelphia area. We already generate 1/3 of our revenue in the metropolitan Philadelphia region, so it is time we get some local talent to help support our local customer base. This role needs to be a little bit of a jack-of-all-trades…..someone who is willing to do both service technician work, and construction technician work….and maybe a little sales support as well. If you’ve got 5 or more years’ experience as a technician in the building automation field, you’re factory-certified in Tridium, and you are based in the PA counties considered metropolitan Philadelphia, click here as we want to talk to you.
Business Development-Central PA
We take great care of our existing customers, which has helped us earn many referrals and new business opportunities from our existing client base. Although we will continue to look to our satisfied customers for growth, and referrals, we need someone who can develop more new business for us in central PA. This role is a technical sales role, and you’ll be required to meet with end-users, mechanical contractors and mechanical engineers to promote Conexus by developing relationships, identifying solutions and preparing proposals. Interested candidates should have 5 years of experience in the building automation field, have a demonstrated aptitude for technical selling/business development, the capability to develop accurate conceptual estimates and a drive to meet new people and talk tech.
