Our team at Conexus is growing, and we’re looking for Installers and Installer Foremen to support HVAC and building automation projects throughout the Harrisburg and Philadelphia regions.
Installer
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in the field, learning new systems, and seeing projects come together.
What You'll Do:
- Install Wiring & Controls: Run wiring, mount panels and devices, and install control systems according to project drawings and specifications.
- Read and Follow Plans: Interpret blueprints and technical documents to ensure accurate and efficient installation
- Support Project Progress: Complete assigned work on schedule while maintaining quality and budget expectations.
What You'll Need:
- At least 1 year of experience in electrical, communication, or controls wiring
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Installers are expected to supply their own standard day-to-day hand tools and a digital multimeter.
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
Installer Foreman
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, clear communication, and leading by example.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Installation Crews: Supervise installers in the field to ensure wiring and control systems are installed safely and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate Field Work: Interpret blueprints, manage field changes, and provide redlines for accurate as-builts.
- Track Project Progress: Monitor job progress, review timecards, and support schedule and budget goals.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical or controls installation
- Experience leading crews and organizing field work
- Strong understanding of ATC systems, sequences of operation, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Valid PA driver’s license.
